Remove Conversational Integration with Facebook Messenger

    • Users can remove the Conversational Integration with Facebook Messenger application when the app is no longer needed.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Go to All > Conversational Interfaces > Channels and Integrations.
    2. On the Facebook Messenger integration section, click Manage.
      The Facebook Messenger Channel integration page opens.
    3. Click the three dots on the right hand side and choose Remove Integration.
      A confirmation message displays.
    4. Click Remove.
      The Facebook Messenger application and all of its data is removed.
