Remove Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams

  • Remove the integrations between your ServiceNow Virtual Agent bot or the Self-configured bots and Microsoft Teams to disassociate the app with your ServiceNow instance.

    Before you begin

    Roles required:
    • Virtual_agent_admin and external_app_install_admin or admin
    • Administrator for third-party applications

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Channels and Integrations.
    2. On the Channels and integrations page, on the Microsoft Teams tile, select Manage
    3. In the Manage Microsoft Teams channel page, find the integration (Now Virtual Agent bot or the Self-configured bot) that you would like to remove, select the manage bot icon Manage bot icon., and select Remove integration.

    4. In the Remove integration confirmation message, select Remove to continue removing the integration.Banner message confirming removed integration with Microsoft Teams.
      The Virtual Agent integration with the selected Microsoft Teams bot has been removed.
