  • Use the Conversational Interfaces Home page to monitor the performance of recent Virtual Agent conversations or test your bot. Plugin update notices will alert you when a feature update is ready.

    Monitor your Virtual Agent performance
    Review the performance of recent Virtual Agent conversations from the Conversational Interfaces console. For more details, select See details in Conversational Analytics to open the Conversational Analytics dashboard.

    Test your bot
    Select Try your bot to open a conversation in a new window and test the active topics. Enter a request and send it to start a conversation with the bot. The number of active topics is indicated for your information.

    Update plugins
    Notifications on the Conversational Interfaces console let you know when to update an installed plugin. Select Update plugin to update it from the ServiceNow Store.
