    You can name your Alexa skill and manage it using your company's Amazon account while enabling end users to link their accounts to the ServiceNow instance. You can also customize the way that a virtual agent speaks to you in a voice-friendly manner without having to change the topic.
    Note:
    The Conversational Integration with Alexa supports both screen-less and screen-based Alexa-enabled devices.
