Add Slack users

    • Invite users to Slack if the Slack users do not already exist.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. In a browser window, enter <workspace name>/admin where <workspace name> is the name of the workspace you specified when you created the app in Set up the Slack account.
    2. Select Invite People.
    3. Add the email addresses of the users you want to add.
      Emails will be sent to the invited users.
    4. Log in to the user email and accept the invitation.
    5. Select Launch to launch the Slack chat panel.
