Hide a topic recommendation

    • You can choose to ignore a topic recommendation by hiding it. Doing so hides it for everyone on the instance. You can still view hidden recommendations and show it again later.

    Before you begin

    Role required: virtual_agent_admin or admin

    About this task

    Topic recommendations are hidden only when View is set to All (aggregate view). Hidden recommendation cards will still display when View is set to By Source. The status on the card is Hidden.

    When the view is set to By Source, hidden topic recommendation cards display with a status of Hidden.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Topic Recommendations.
    2. Select the info icon Info icon. to open the overlay card for a topic that has a New status.
    3. Select Hide.

    Result

    The recommendation is hidden from the list. To view hidden recommendations, slide the Show hidden toggle switch to enable it.

    Hidden topic cards become visible when you enable the Show hidden toggle switch.

    To return a recommendation's status to New, select the info icon Info icon. to open the overlay card for the topic, and then select Don't hide.
