With operations across 17 states, Elara serves up to 60,000 patients every day and approximately one million in-home health visits per month.

Elara currently has a number of critical processes being managed through Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management (HCLS). The organisation is using HCLS to drive better automation and integration between Elara and the referral sources which send it patients. It is also supporting integrations and interactions with insurance companies to authorise and approve eligibility for care. The intent is to speed up and automate workflows as much as possible, to allow Elara to swiftly respond and deliver the right care for patients.
HCLS also in use with Elara Connect: the organisation's industry leading care coordination platform. HCLS allows Elara to manage transitions of care and changes to conditions where additional health interventions may be required.
ServiceNow is the platform that allows Elara to deliver a frictionless, differentiated experience for staff working within the organisation. And in turn, the experience that patients have in receiving care from Elara.
