We team our starters with an experienced consultant to onboard, mentor and build their knowledge and confidence, and assign appropriate work where they can get their feet wet. You have also got to provide honest feedback and help them bridge any gaps as they learn and grow to help shape their skills. As a leader, I owe that to the individual as well as to the business."

For example, we had a consultant who relocated from a third-world country to Australia. Through dedication and hard work, she has since been promoted from an associate to a consultant, earned multiple Certified Implementation Specializations, and is poised to advance to a senior consultant role within the next year."
