Pure Storage has been using ServiceNow technology since 2014. It started with IT Service Management for hardware requests and onboarding, and as new features and solutions evolved, the company has rolled out more functionality for streamlined workflows and automation.
Having established ServiceNow as the ‘platform of platforms’ at Pure Storage, the organisation wanted to make sure they were getting the most value out of their solution. It wanted to provide an innovative experience for its customers whilst helping employees to be productive and effective.
Using ServiceNow Impact, Pure Storage has access to an easy-to-use interface providing insights into training credits and certifications, benchmarking against competitors and an overview of the three-year ServiceNow roadmap. The IT team can also connect and communicate with their dedicated ServiceNow Impact team who can provide information and advice on how to accelerate value from ServiceNow.
