Know Before You Go Knowledge begins in just a few days. We’ve compiled some helpful information to ensure you’re all set to make the most of your Knowledge experience.

Visit your Attendee Portal and view the "Attendee Info" section. Choose "Update Now" to locate your profile information and make any necessary changes to your name, title, or company prior to arriving onsite.
Download the mobile app
Download the ServiceNow Events mobile app, launching on May 1, before you leave for the optimal event experience. Use the mobile app to scope out the venue maps, complete your personal agenda, view conference logistics, and receive live updates. Log in using the email address you used to register for Knowledge, then a 6-digit code will be emailed to that same address to complete login.

To take advantage of Express Check-in, a QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this to check in and get your badge.

In addition, you’ll need the app to play our Knowledge Quest game where you can win ServiceNow merch. Don’t miss out!

Knowledge provides Wordly AI-powered multilingual solutions for attendees. Wordly is accessed through the Wordly web app directly on your own devices using your own headset or ear buds.

You’ll be able to see and hear the live translation in 20+ languages including Arabic, Bahasa, Bengali, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, and Vietnamese.

Important details for entry:

  • Ticket distribution will take place at the Wynn and Venetian on Wednesday, May 7, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 8 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • You must have a ticket for this event. No exceptions. Tickets are first-come, first-served.
  • ID and full conference Knowledge badge will be required to receive a ticket.
  • If you want to sit with other attendees, you must come pick up your tickets together. Only one ticket will be issued per person and you may not pick up tickets for other attendees.
  • Please be advised, this production includes the use of strobe lighting flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements.
  • No flash photography or professional recording devices permitted.
  • No bags, backpacks, or small purses allowed.


Getting to Sphere:
Follow the venue signage to Sphere for the After Party. The Pedestrian Bridge will also be open from 6:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
