Manager approval is not required for travel to SKO25. To book travel, go into Concur and select your airports (Harry Reid for Las Vegas) and travel dates. You’ll then get a pop-up screen requesting your approved trip request number. Enter TRVSKO2025 and select SKO from the Internal/External meeting dropdown. From there, proceed to select your preferred flights.
Step-by-step instructions for booking air travel are provided here.

Questions:
For visa application questions, please open a ticket here and a team member will assist.
Do not contact the hotel directly to make any arrangements for your approved nights. Hotel accommodations booked outside of the event registration system will not be reimbursed.
Please review your air travel arrangements to ensure you have a hotel room for the day that you’re arriving. Your hotel reservation may be canceled if you don’t arrive on your designated arrival date.
All hotels should be booked within five days of receiving your SKO25 Invitation in October.
What this means is your company issued Visa may be declined when attempting to make purchases at MGM properties during SKO25. Fortunately, meals (except Wednesday night) and your hotel room are covered by the event, leaving only hotel incidentals. Please use a personal credit card for hotel incidentals and submit the charges for reimbursement at the end of the event. If you have any concerns about this process or prefer not to use your personal card for incidentals, please open a case in the Events Help Center.
You may book additional nights via MGM’s Passkey system. The Passkey link will be shared in your hotel confirmation email (at time of booking) or upon request. Room rate and availability information will be available there. You will need to provide your credit card at the time of booking.
For all other questions, visit our Events Help Center where you'll find answers to commonly asked questions or may request assistance.
