Generate AIOps LEAP knowledge base

  • Resolution steps from automation opportunities are used to create knowledge base articles, enabling quicker resolution to similar issues in future.

    About this task

    AIOps LEAP automates the generation of knowledge base articles using the Actions or Explore button.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > AIOps LEAP.
    2. On the AIOps LEAP landing page, select the required automation opportunity.
    3. If resolution steps are unavailable in the Overview section, select Generate resolution steps.
      The resolution steps will be generated and you create knowledge base articles.
    4. Click Actions > Create KB.

      The page to create a knowledge base article appears.

      Another option is to invoke the LEAP AI agent by selecting the Explore button Explore button and creating knowledge base articles.

    5. Enter the details you want to enter in the knowledge base page and select Save.
      Alternatively, you can use the Explore button and use the workflow menu to create a knowledge base article.
