Mark an insignificant Agent Client Collector error as Ignored when the error is expected or reflects an issue that is not important for you to resolve.
Before you begin
Role required: agent_client_collector_user, itil
Procedure
Navigate to All > Agent Client Collector > Agent Issues.
The ACC Error Messages page appears.
Hover under the search icon to the left an error code.
The preview icon appears.
Select the preview icon and select the Open Record button on the resulting pop-up window.
The ACC Error Message page appears, containing details of the selected error.
Select the Ignore Error button.
The Ignored check box is selected, and the error is marked as Ignored. Ignored errors are not resolved by error tasks.
To remove the Ignored
status from the error, select the Unignore Error button.
