Summary of Task page and List view in Operational Resilience Workspace
The Tasks page in the Operational Resilience Workspace offers a consolidated view of your pending tasks, your group's tasks, and tasks on your watchlist, allowing direct updates from the dashboard. The List view enables configuration and management of operational resilience tasks, including setting up business services, impact assessments, scenario analyses, and self-attestation reporting.

Tasks Page Tabs
- My pending tasks: Shows tasks assigned to you that require your action, filtered by states such as Draft/New, In progress, Needs my approval/review, Overdue, or Pending response. Closed and canceled tasks are not shown here.
- My items: Displays tasks assigned to the signed-in user, such as the Operational Resilience Manager’s tasks, focusing only on in-progress tasks.
- Watchlist: Lists tasks you are monitoring. You receive notifications when tasks on your watchlist are approved or completed. Only in-progress tasks are displayed.
Note: Closed and canceled records are not visible on these tabs but can be accessed via their respective forms within the workspace.
Configuration and Customization
Users with the Operational Resilience administrator role can customize the Tasks page by navigating to All > GRC Landing Page Configurations > Tasks Page Configuration within their instance. Operational Resilience managers and users also receive relevant task recommendations on the landing page.
List View Functionality
The List view supports comprehensive operational resilience activities including:
- Setting up business services
- Analyzing the importance and impact tolerance of business services
- Conducting scenario analyses
- Generating self-attestation reports for business service certification
These capabilities help streamline resilience planning and compliance directly within the workspace.

The Tasks page in Operational Resilience Workspace provides a single-pane view of your pending tasks, your group's tasks, and the tasks that are on your watchlist. You can also update the tasks directly from the dashboard. On the List page, you can configure your operational resilience tasks.

Watchlist
If you have the Operational Resilience administrator role, you can customize Operational Resilience Workspace by updating the Tasks page configurations. To update the Tasks page configurations, you can navigate to in your instance.
If you have the Operational Resilience manager or Operational Resilience user roles, you can also get relevant recommendations on your resilience tasks on the landing page.

List view in Operational Resilience Workspace
From the List view, you can set up a business service, analyze its importance and impact tolerance, perform a scenario analysis, and generate a self-attestation report.
