Créer une connexion et des informations d’identification dans Agent virtuel Bot Interconnect

    • Pour l’utiliser ServiceNow® Agent virtuel en tant que bot secondaire avec Agent virtuel Bot Interconnect, configurez les enregistrements de connexion et d’informations d’identification dans l’instance Bot Interconnect (principale).

    Avant de commencer

    Rôle requis : admin

    Procédure

    1. Accédez à la Tout > Connexions et informations d'identification > Alias de connexion et d'informations d'identification.
    2. Cliquez sur l’enregistrement d’intégration de l’API VA de Bot Interconnect pour l’ouvrir.
    3. Dans la liste connexe Connexions, cliquez sur Nouveau.
    4. Renseignez les champs du formulaire.
      Champ Description
      Nom Saisissez un nom unique, par exemple Bot secondaire SNow.
      Information d'identification Laissez ce champ vide pour l’instant.
      Alias de connexion Utilisez la valeur par défaut.
      URL de connexion Saisissez l’URL de Agent virtuel l’API sur votre instance secondaire. Par exemple, entrez https://secondary-instance-name.service-now.com/api/sn_va_as_service/bot/integration.
    5. Cliquez sur Envoyer.
    6. Accédez à la Tout > Connexions et informations d'identification > Informations d'identification.
    7. Sur la page Informations d’identification, cliquez sur Nouveau.
    8. Cliquez sur Informations d’identification du jeton de hachage de Bot Interconnect ou Informations d’identification du jeton statique de Bot Interconnect comme type.
    9. Renseignez les champs du formulaire.
      Champ Description
      Nom Saisissez un nom unique pour les informations d’identification. Par exemple, SNowSecondaryBotToken.
      Jeton statique
      En-tête Entrez jeton.
      Jeton statique Entrez un mot de passe.
      Jeton de hachage
      En-tête Entrez x-b2b-signature.
      Algorithme Sélectionnez HmacSHA1.
      Secret de hachage Saisissez le secret de hachage.
      Algorithme d'authentification Sélectionnez l’algorithme à utiliser. Par exemple, Authentification du jeton de hachage du bot secondaire.
    10. Cliquez sur Envoyer.
    11. Accédez à la Tout > Connexions et informations d'identification > Alias de connexion et d'informations d'identification.
    12. Cliquez sur l’enregistrement d’intégration de l’API VA de Bot Interconnect pour l’ouvrir.
    13. Dans la liste connexe Connexions, ouvrez le nouvel enregistrement de connexion que vous avez créé lors d’une étape précédente.
    14. Dans le champ Informations d’identification , saisissez le nom de l’enregistrement qui contient le jeton statique ou le jeton de hachage.
      Par exemple, SNowSecondaryBotToken.

      Vue de connexion HTTPS du bot secondaire ServiceNow. Les champs Informations d’identification et URL de connexion sont mis en surbrillance comme les enregistrements d’informations d’identification nouvellement créés et l’installation de l’API VA sur l’instance de bot secondaire.
    15. Cliquez sur Mettre à jour.
