Tracking Assessment Template Migration
After initiating the migration by completing the Assessment template migration form, customers can monitor progress and confirm success or errors through the system. Migration records are uniquely identified and provide detailed insights into the migration process.
Viewing Migration Results
- Navigate to All > Smart Assessment Engine > Administration > Template Migrations to access the list of migration records.
- Select a migration record identified by a unique number starting with ATMIG to view details.
- The form shows the input values used for template generation, while related lists display the status and content of migrated data.
Migration Result Details
Section Migrations
- Number: Unique identifier starting with ATSMIG.
- Source metric category: Original metric category converted into a section.
- Target section: Section populated during migration.
- Migration status: Indicates if migration is Completed or Errored.
- Error details: Describes errors if migration failed.
- Expandable details reveal the list of questions in each section.
Question Migrations
- Number: Unique identifier starting with ATQMIG.

To view your migration results, navigate to . In the Assessment template migrations list, select the migration number. Each migration record for a metric type is assigned a unique number that starts with the text ATMIG. The form displays the values that were used to generate the template. The related lists display the status and content of the migrated data. The Section migrations table provides a description of the fields in the related lists.
