    • Découverte Accède aux appareils et aux logiciels en exécutant des commandes en tant qu’utilisateur spécifique sur Windows des ordinateurs.

    La plupart des sondes doivent accéder aux classes, aux propriétés et aux entrées de registre Windows. Certaines sondes nécessitent également un accès supplémentaire aux répertoires et aux ressources Windows. Les politiques de sécurité varient d’une organisation à l’autre, il n’y a donc pas de rôle ou de droit spécifique à accorder. Vérifiez que l’utilisateur dispose de l’autorisation Windowsadministrateur local pour ces Windows composants.

    Partages administratifs

    Windows Les partages administratifs sont des ressources cachées du serveur qui Découverte sont utilisées pour stocker temporairement les résultats des processus exécutés par des sondes spécifiques. Le Serveur MID fichier LaunchProc.psm1 de script lance le processus, écrit sa sortie dans le partage d’administration sur la machine, puis récupère les résultats pour le Serveur MIDfichier . L’accès aux partages administratifs est limité aux utilisateurs ayant des droits administratifs sur la cible. Par exemple : les utilisateurs, locaux ou sur le domaine, qui appartiennent au groupe des administrateurs locaux.

    Avec la New York version, toutes les Windows sondes utilisant le protocole WMI appellent le LaunchProc.psm1 fichier script et écrivent dans le dossier de partage admin$ par défaut. Si un autre partage réseau est monté sur chaque Windows cible, le dossier peut être modifié en mettant à jour la propriété du serveur MID mid.powershell.target_base_dir.

    Windows Classes

    La plupart des sondes Windows accèdent aux classes et propriétés Windows contenues dans ces classes. Certaines Windows classes ne spécifient pas de chemin d’accès à l’espace de noms de fichier. Si un chemin explicite n’est pas spécifié, ServiceNow utilise root\cimv2\<Class> par défaut.

    La découverte de l’adresse VIP de la grappe n’est pas prise en charge.

    Windows Entrées de registre

    Plusieurs Windows entrées de registre sont disponibles pour Découverte Windows les sondes.
    Remarque :
    Le capteur Windows : logiciels installés ajoute un horodatage de 00:00:00 au install_date récupéré à partir du registre. L’heure d’installation de tous les Windows logiciels est indépendante du fuseau horaire et est fixée à minuit le jour de leur installation. Par exemple, une date d’installation du 19.02.2017 dans le registre s’affiche Windows comme suit : 19.02.2017 00:00:00 dans le CMDBfichier .
