Stepper component in the Overview tab of the records

    • The stepper component on the Overview tab shows the progression of the states for the record.

    The numerical value of the current state of the record is highlighted in the stepper component for reference as shown in th example.

    A typical record moves through progression of these states:
    • Draft
    • In review
    • Returned
    • Pending approval
    • Approved
    • Archived

    If a record requires further updates and it is rejected by the approver of the record, it is set to the Returned state by the application software. When the record owner updates the details of the record, it follows the approval workflow again.
