  • The Data Quality tab quantifies the demand, demand tasks, and assessment records that have missing information in key fields.

    Data Quality tab in the demand dashboard

    The dashboard displays metrics for:
    • Data quality
    • Areas requiring attention or improvement
    You can further drill down on each widget to see the list of records associated with them.

    Widget Description
    No Demand Manager Count of demands that don't have an assigned demand manager.
    No Department Count of demands that don't have an assigned department.
    No Primary Goal Count of demands that don't have a set primary goal.
    No Business Case Count of demands that don't have a defined business case.
    No Planned Dates Count of demands that don't have set planned start and end dates.
    No Stakeholders Count of demands that don't have any assigned stakeholders.
    No Investment Class Count of demands that don't have a selected investment class.
    No Investment Type Count of demands that don't have an assigned investment type.

    No Cost Plans Count of demands in the Screening or Qualified state that don't have a defined cost plan.
    No Resource Assignments Count of demands in the Screening or Qualified state that don't have defined resource assignments.
