Capture actual monetary benefits for a demand

Capture actual benefits from planned benefits to measure revenue and calculate profits.

Before you begin

A monetary benefit plan must exist. For more information, see Create a monetary benefit plan for a demand.

Role required: it_demand_manager

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace.
2. Select the Demands icon .
3. Open a demand from the List page.
4. Select Details from the navigation menu.
5. Select the Monetary Benefit Plans tab.
   Note:

   If the Monetary Benefit Plans tab isn't visible, select More > Monetary Benefit Plans.
6. Select the name of a required benefit plan.
7. Select the Monetary Benefit Plan Breakdowns tab.
8. Select the value in the Entered benefit field.
9. Optional: Change the planned benefit in the Entered benefit field.
10. Enter the actual benefits from work execution in the Actual benefit field.
11. Select Save.
