    • The ServiceNow® ITSM Predictive Intelligence Workbench application provides prebuilt use case templates and guides you through your machine learning implementation to create intelligent ITSM business processes. ITSM Predictive Intelligence Workbench was enhanced and updated in the Washington DC release.

    Deprecations

    Starting with the Washington DC release, the Predictive Intelligence Workbench ITSM content (com.sn_piwb_itsm_content) plugin is being prepared for future deprecation. The plugin will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. Task Intelligence admin console provides the latest experience for this functionality.     Activation information

    ITSM Predictive Intelligence Workbench is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is available with activation of the Predictive Intelligence Workbench (com.sn_piwb_ml) plugin. For details, see Activate ITSM Predictive Intelligence Workbench.
