    • The ServiceNow® ERP Customization Mining (ERP-CM) product enables ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) consultants and architects to identify customizations and recommend candidates for replatforming from the ERP system onto the ServiceNow AI Platform. ERP-CM was enhanced and updated in the Washington DC release.

    Note:
    SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) and S/4 HANA (High-performance ANalytic Appliance) are currently the only available system of record to integrate with ERP-CM.

    Configure ERP-CM to notify you when mining process jobs are completed or have failed.

    Activation information

    Install ERP-CM by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
