Alexandra Dmytriw is the director for AI on the global people team at ServiceNow. She leads several AI programs and initiatives for the company, including the Global People AI Governance Committee. She’s also the founding member of ServiceNow’s AI for HR Innovation Lab.
Alexandra is the 2025 co-chair of the experimental and innovation pillar of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology People Analytics Leading Edge Consortium and a member of the American Psychological Association. She’s spent more than 17 years working in research, design, and strategic consulting roles in the HR technology space.
