    1. Log in to a Vancouver mobile instance.
    2. Navigate to Mobile Regression Tab > Functions Section > General Function Applet.
    3. Navigate to any record and perform the Use Overlay function.

    Notice that the record is not updated.

    This version also includes other minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
