    1. Open the Now Mobile app and log in as ITIL user.
    2. Enable the screen reader.
    3. Select the virtual agent chat button.
    4. Shift the focus to the edit box at the end of the chat.
    5. Start a new thread and select 'Show everything'.
    6. Shift the focus through the page.

      Actual behavior: The screen reader users' focus does not automatically focus on the All Topics screen.

      Expected behavior: When the All Topics screen loads, the focus should be on the modal.
