Enable languages for a knowledge base

  • Select the languages you want enabled at a knowledge base level. Users can then create articles only for selected languages.

    You must activate the Knowledge Management Advanced (com.snc.knowledge_advanced) plugin, and I18N: Knowledge Management Internationalization Plugin v2 (com.glideapp.knowledge.i18n2) plugin.

    Role required: knowledge_admin or admin

    프로시저

    1. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Administration > Knowledge Bases.
    2. Select an existing knowledge base.
    3. Click the lock icon to unlock the Languages field in the Knowledge base form.

      You may need to configure the knowledge base form to include the Languages field. Click the form context menu icon (context menu) and navigate to Configure > Form layout. Use slushbucket to add the Languages field.
    4. Click Submit.
