Request bulk translations for multiple knowledge articles

Request translations for multiple knowledge articles through Bulk Translations to localize them into one or more languages.

Avant de commencer

Add a custom Localization Framework setting to enable bulk translations.

Role required: Localization requester to request translations

Procédure

1. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Articles.
2. Select the articles you want to translate.
3. Select Request Translations.
   Remarque :

   . Check the validation list to ensure that all articles to be translated have been validated. For more information, see Bulk Translation for knowledge articles.
4. In the Request Translations dialog box, select the languages into which you want to translate the articles.
5. Select Submit.

Résultats

Localization tasks are created for the selected items in all the selected languages. A success message with a link to the list of requested items is displayed. Select the link to see the list of requested items.
