Update your Live Feed profile

    • Your profile information includes a photo or image, and tabs for different types of information including messages, feeds, teams, followers, and those who are following you. You can update your profile information and picture at any time.

    Important :

    Core UI is required to use Live Feed. Live Feed is not supported in Next Experience. If you turn on Next Experience, Live Feed is automatically disabled and will no longer work. See Next Experience UI for more information.

    While Live Feed has been discontinued, we are always exploring new ways to enhance our services. Stay tuned for future updates and improvements.

    Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche

    You can provide details about yourself, such as your role in your organization. You can also update your profile picture. However, only admins can delete a profile picture.

    Remarque :
    The functionality described here applies to HTML5-compliant browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE10 and above.

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to Live Feed > Live Feed.
    2. Click your name or title displayed with your picture.

    3. Click the pencil icon next to About Me and type a short description about yourself that you want to share with others who view your profile.
      This is text that you might not necessarily want to change on a regular basis.
    4. You can change your profile photo using either of the following two methods:
      • Hover over the existing picture (or tap the photo in the case of the smartphone or tablet interface) to display the Upload a picture link. Select the link, navigate to the location of the photo you want to use, and then select Open.
      • Locate the photo file you want to use on your computer, and then drag-and-drop it over the existing photo.

      Remarque :
      Your profile picture is used by the Connect and legacy chat features as well, if they are activated.
