Configure Now Assist Skills for potential gaps

    • The Potential Gaps also known as the knowledge gaps feature identifies missing knowledge articles. This functionality is available only when the Knowledge Gaps skill is activated in Now Assist Admin. Configuring this skill is necessary when working with gaps.

    Role required: admin

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills > Platform > Knowledge.
    2. From the set of knowledge gap skills, you can enable or disable the following skills:
      • You can activate or deactivate the Knowledge gaps identification (ITSM) skill.
      • You can activate or deactivate the Knowledge gaps identification (CSM) skill.
      Verify that the skills display an Active or Deactivated status according to your selection.

      Once the skills are activated, you can view the gap recommendations on the Knowledge Center home page.
