With ServiceNow, York Risk Services is able to deliver a modern, self-service portal through which associates can get vital information and HR support quickly and efficiently. Associates can quickly determine the status of a case, ask questions and get answers, or find answers themselves through the self-service function and knowledge database, without needing to reach out to HR.
