World Forum will take place in Pavillion 7, Hall 7.3. There are a few ways you can travel to the World Forum Paris venue:

Metro:
Line 12 – Porte de Versailles station (approximately a two-minute walk to the venue). Use Exit 1 for direct access to Pavilions 2–7.
Line 8 – Balard station (approximately a nine-minute walk to the venue).

Tram:
Tram T3a Parc des Expositions stop (approx. three-minute walk to the venue).

Taxi details:
From Orly Airport (ORY): Approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Approximately 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you need a correction to your badge information, visit the Attendee Portal > Registration Summary section—before your arrive on-site. Click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company.

08:30 – 18:30 | Foyer Nord

For faster service, present the QR code found in the event mobile app. Bring your photo ID and use the email address you used to register for World Forum.

Always wear your World Forum badge for access to World Forum sessions, Expo, and special activities. 

The mobile app is the best way to have a smooth experience at World Forum. See your personal agenda, the event venue map, highlights of the day, and timely updates. Search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store, using your mobile phone.

To get started using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code, and you’re ready to use the app.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up to receive your badge.

3. Click ‘Networking’ on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging. Use Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

World Forum Paris is a business casual event. Wear comfortable shoes—you will do a lot of walking.

Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as refill stations will be available throughout the venue. 

Remember a set of headphones to plug into your device for translation services provided in our keynote and session rooms.

Explore our knowledge-packed sessions, trainings, demos, and more with the Sessions Catalog. Filter, favorite, and register for the sessions you would like to attend.

Your selected sessions will appear in the mobile app in the “My Agenda” section. You can also add sessions in My Agenda on the app, based on open time slots in your personal schedule.

Most sessions are first-come, first-served. Seats are released five minutes before the session begins, so make sure you arrive early.

Sessions marked "Save a seat" have limited seating, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible.

For sessions that are marked “full,” you are welcome to line up outside of the room in case any seats become available.
