Set sharing permissions on external cloud files using document configuration.

Navigate to .

Select New.

Enter the Name, and the Order.

Select the provider and the table.

Set the conditions to be met.

Select Submit.
A new configuration is created under Document Configurations.

To set permission rules, select the configuration by clicking on the name.

Select New.
-
Set the conditions to be met for document access.

From User fields, select and add fields.
-
Select internal permissions from the Internal Permissions drop down.

Select external permissions from the External Permissions drop down.

Select Submit.
