Key Features
- Global rank validation: Identifies planning items missing a global rank on the Prioritization List and provides an option to automatically populate ranks.
- List, form, and related list view checks: Validates that all planning items have the required APW (Agile Portfolio Workbench) views—Prioritization, Default, and New form views—to support portfolio planning workflows. Missing views are flagged for correction.
- Workspace view rule validation: Ensures planning items have necessary workspace view rules for both Default and APW Default views, which control how items are displayed in workspace interfaces.
- Portfolio plan configuration checks: Detects invalid fields within portfolio plan configurations and verifies that all portfolio plans have valid configurations. Automated fixes are available for some issues.
