Use templates with demand Doc pages

    • Apply a template to demand Doc pages to standardize content structure across demands or save a configured page as a reusable template for your team.

    Before you begin

    Role required: it_demand_user, it_demand_manager, or demand_approver

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace.
    2. Select the Demands icon .
    3. Open a demand from the List page.
    4. Select Docs from the navigation menu.
    5. In the Pages tab, select the Product Requirements page actions icon .
    6. Determine whether you want to apply a template to the doc or save the doc as a template.

      Apply a template
      1. Select Apply template.
      2. Select Use in the card for the template that you want to use.
      Save the doc as a template
      1. Select Save as template.
      2. Provide a name and description for the template.
      3. Set the template visibility by selecting either Public or Private.
      4. Select Save.
