RIDAC Action form
Use the RIDAC Action form to create and track action items related to your demand or project planning items. Manage action item ownership, status, and completion.

| Number | Unique identifier for the action. This field is auto-generated when the action is created. |
| State | Current status of the action. The available options are Pending, Open, Work in Progress, Closed Complete, Closed Incomplete, and Closed Skipped. |
| Short description | Brief, concise summary of the action item. This field is required and appears as the title of the action record. |
| Description | Detailed information about the action, including what needs to be done, why it is required, and any relevant context or background information. |
| Priority | Priority level of the action. The available options are 1 - Critical, 2 - High, 3 - Moderate, 4 - Low, and 5 - Planning. This helps with action prioritization and scheduling. |
| Estimated Cost | Estimated cost in currency (for example, USD) to complete the action. Helps with financial tracking and planning. |
| Impact | Potential impact of the action item. The available options are 1 - High, 2 - Medium, 3 - Low. This indicates the severity of the action on planning objectives. |
| Approval | Approval status of the action. Options include Not Yet Requested, Requested, Approved, and Rejected. Tracks whether the action item requires or has received approval. |
| Assigned to | User or team responsible for completing the action. |
| Due date | Target date by which the action should be completed. |
| Planning Item | The planning item (project or demand) that this action is associated with. This field is auto-populated when an action is created from a planning item context. |
| Parent | Parent action, if this action is dependent on another action or is part of a larger action group. Used for action hierarchy and dependency tracking. |
| Work notes | Internal notes and updates about action progress, blockers, completion status, and any changes. Used to track work history and communication. |
