Badge information
For changes to your badge information, visit your Attendee Portal ---> Registration Summary section. Then click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company prior to arriving on-site.
Download the Mobile App
Download ServiceNow Events on your phone for venue maps, your personal agenda, and updates. Use the app store of your choice:

To get started using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code, and you’re ready to use the app.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up to receive your badge.

3. Click ‘Networking’ on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging. Use Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

Bring your photo ID. For faster check-in, show the express QR code that pops up when you open the mobile app.

You must always wear your badge while attending World Forum Tokyo.

We recommend business casual attire for your day. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater for the meeting rooms and wear comfortable shoes ─ you’ll be doing a lot of walking.
What to bring
Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. If you’re participating in Learning Labs, be sure to bring your laptop and charger.

Your selections will appear in the “My Agenda” section on the event mobile app, so you’ll always know where you need to be throughout the day.
Session seating
Plan to arrive at your sessions at least five minutes early to secure your seat.

Sessions marked "Save a seat" have limited seating, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible.

For sessions that are marked “full,” you are welcome to get in line outside of the room in case any seats become available. There are no waitlists.

Special live
Special Live will take place on October 22 from 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. at the Main Stage.

We will be hosting an Special Live featuring artist Ayaka. To participate in the live event, you need to register for the live session during the event registration.
