Month of service: ServiceNow employees giving hope

When Hurricane Helene tore through rural North Carolina in September and left communities isolated and struggling to recover, two ServiceNow employees and their spouses quickly stepped up to help.

They packed supplies, drove for hours to the devastated area, and set to work giving hope and essential items to those in need. As the employees handed out food, provided internet connections via a satellite, and listened to stories of loss and survival, they witnessed the heartbreak and resilience of people coming together in a time of crisis.

A commitment to service

At ServiceNow, giving back is part of our DNA. Driven by a hunger to make a difference and a humble approach to doing business, employees dedicate themselves to volunteer work and donations throughout the year.

Every October is our Month of Service, providing greater opportunity to focus on these efforts as a global team. In addition to hurricane response efforts, employees participate in packing groceries for families, decorating schools, empowering underprivileged girls with health and wellness resources, preserving wildlife habitats, and distributing food to neighbors in need, just to name a few.

Together, from New York City to Bangalore, India, we roll up our sleeves to make a meaningful impact. In October 2024, we held more than 125 volunteer events, and employees logged nearly 10,000 volunteer hours.
