ServiceNow ranks on Fortune 500® list for third year in a row

Durable growth, disciplined execution
ServiceNow’s sustained financial performance is a result of delivering tangible customer outcomes, growing with discipline, and executing with excellence. In 2024 alone, we added $2 billion in new organic subscription revenue, bringing us to $10.6 billion.
From 2020 to 2024, our subscription revenue grew at a 26% compound annual growth rate in constant currency. While investing in the long term, we’ve maintained our Rule of 50—a metric of success in enterprise software that shows revenue growth and free cash flow margin strength.
Building on our strong trajectory, we expect our AI product suite Now Assist contribution to reach $1 billion in annual contract value (ACV) by the end of 2026.

- Teleperformance is reshaping its service delivery model with AI-powered virtual agents, setting a new standard for efficiency and innovation by improving internal IT service desk deflection rates by 10% and cutting major incident resolution times by up to 25 minutes.
Businesses are also realizing the “better together” benefits of ServiceNow. In 2024, 99% of net new ACV (NNACV) came from multiproduct deals, and 86% included five or more products. Also in 2024, 70% of our existing customers increased their ServiceNow investments, making up more than 85% of NNACV. That’s trust, and that’s deep, strategic integration.
