Abhi Rele is the director of outbound product management for industry and Customer Workflows at ServiceNow. He works closely with customers, partners, and go-to-market teams to drive enablement, adoption, and evolution of the Customer Service Management product. 

Prior to ServiceNow, Abhi launched the first enterprise IoT platform at Samsung and Apigee (now Google). He's passionate about how digital technology is changing the way we work and live and is always looking for a good nonfiction book to read.
