Alex August is the global head of outbound product management for core business workflows at ServiceNow. She leads cross-functional product strategy, driving enterprise adoption of AI-native workflows to realize value at scale. Alex has held multiple leadership roles within ServiceNow's core business, creator, and finance and supply chain workflows, focusing on customer engagement, adoption, and platform growth.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Alex spent more than three years at Vic.ai, where she established and led the partnerships and growth strategy function, building product and strategic insights to scale AI-driven finance transformation. She also held consulting and risk assurance roles at EY and PwC, advising global clients on process improvement within core business functions and technology risk.
