Senior Director of Legal Operations

Andrew Brereton is a Senior Director of Legal Operations. In his role Andrew and his team work closely with the wider legal team to help legal operate efficiency and effectively, from spend and budget management to leading the Contract Management Excellence (CME) program.  A particular focus is the digital transformation of legal, enhancing how legal services are delivered, and driving the customer zero initiative for the Legal Services Delivery application.

Prior to joining ServiceNow Andrew worked for AIG and Amex in similar roles.  Mostly recently Andrew led the legal operations team for Amex.  Andrew is a qualified solicitor back in his homeland of England, having worked at national law firm Weightmans LLP for over ten years before moving into more operations focused roles.
