Anna Mazzone

Anna Mazzone is vice president of operational resilience, risk, security and AI governance at ServiceNow in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). She believes the intersection of regulation, information, workflow platforms, and industry expertise will enable efficiency in enforcement, governance, and business resiliency, leading to competitive advantage.

Anna has been named on Innovate Finance’s “Women in Fintech Powerlist.” Her deep domain expertise in IT for governance, risk, compliance, and know your customer (KYC) regulatory requirements contributed to significant growth at companies including BAML, Thomson Reuters, CME Group, Markit, and MetricStream. Anna sits on the board of the Open Data Institute and chairs its Audit and Risk Committee.
