Ashish Sethi is an IT Service Management (ITSM) consultant at Infosys. During his 18 years of experience in service management transformation programs, he's led teams and implemented service management transformation programs for multiple global clients using the ServiceNow platform.
His specialties include core ITSM processes, IT Operations Management (ITOM)—Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Ashish has also helped customers expand the platform to non-ITSM areas, such as HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Security Operations, as well as build custom apps to automate business processes.
Within Infosys, Ashish has been instrumental in defining and establishing the service excellence office and helping clients achieve maximum value out of the Now Platform.
