Bhanu Sirineni is senior director of product for AI at ServiceNow. He leads AI strategy, roadmap, and execution for customer and industry workflows. Since joining the company in 2019, he’s worked across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help shape the evolution of AI in customer relationship management (CRM)—from traditional machine learning approaches to generative and agentic AI.
Bhanu drives innovations that improve self-service experiences and agent productivity at scale for customer support organizations. He also leads forward-deployed engineering teams that partner with early-adopter customers to translate real-world deployments into scalable product capabilities. Prior to ServiceNow, Bhanu held roles at Ernst & Young Advisory Services and GE Digital.
