Bill Hansey is a product marketing director at ServiceNow. During his six years at the company, he's supported the IT Workflows solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) products, focusing on customer messaging and sales enablement and driving ITSM-related content for the annual Knowledge conferences. 

Bill has more than 20 years of product marketing experience in IT software, hardware, and SaaS solutions. Before joining ServiceNow, he worked at Symantec, TrendMicro, and other IT security companies. Bill is an avid runner, former Alaskan, and French Bulldog herder.
