Clelia Liebermann is a service desk student assistant at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, where she’s worked on the IT service desk, powered by the Now Platform, for six years. She was a student at EPFL between 2011 and 2015 when studying for a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Clelia now studies at the University of Fribourg and continues her work at EPFL. She also acts as a coach and trainer for other students starting work at the EPFL service desk.
