Detlef Krause

Detlef Krause is vice president of ServiceNow EMEA Central, where he's responsible for the business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central and Eastern Europe. He's in charge of all tasks related to expansion, the extension of partnerships and customer relationships, and the development and expansion of the ServiceNow team in the EMEA Central region. In addition, Detlef is regularly involved in human resources trainings as a mentor, trainer, and life balance coach. 

Before he joined ServiceNow in 2018, Detlef was senior vice president of S/4HANA Cloud at SAP Middle Eastern Europe. He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including senior management positions in large IT groups at Microsoft, Salesforce, and British Telecom.
