Erin Smithouser is an enterprise architect and registered nurse at ServiceNow with extensive experience in clinical care, healthcare management, and informatics. She’s spent more than 20 years working for industry leaders such as McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, and Pega Healthcare.

Erin is a Certified ScrumMaster, Agile product owner, and systems administrator. Her most recent clinical role was as a clinical nursing supervisor at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
