Heather Jerrehian

Heather Jerrehian is the vice president of product management for employee workflows at ServiceNow. She leads the data science Center of Excellence in delivering next-generation AI solutions and workforce intelligence products.

Heather is the former CEO of Hitch (acquired by ServiceNow) and has been a tech executive and serial entrepreneur for more than 20 years. She brings an innovative approach to building new products and go-to-market strategies. Heather is also a founding limited partner of How Women Invest, serves on Fast Company’s executive board, and was recognized among Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
