Jacquie Hersch is the marketing leader for government, healthcare and life sciences, and financial services at ServiceNow. She focuses on the needs of customers, making sure that we anticipate the challenges of the market and address those needs with clarity and resonance. 

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Jacquie was a vice president of client experience, a role that helps her closely identify with the needs of customers in the areas of customer experience, digital transformation, operations, and compliance. She also held roles in product development and client success, in addition to marketing.
